Below are the translated stats of the new crafted PvE set and accessories.

The following are threat gauntlets, attack-based gloves, and healing sleeves. The base stats are interchangeable depending on type (ie. power vs threat).

Belts are a new equipment slot introduced in the Ascension update. The stats are the same across all classes.

PvE Accessory Set

TL Note: The additional damage to monsters on the Tenacious set is actually supposed to be threat generation against monsters (ie. For the necklace it should be "Your attacks draw 2.5% more aggro). Image has been updated with corrected stats, sorry for the confusion/mistake!
