Many people call this the Phatom Tower, which sounds cool, however you will be disappointed if you expect ghosts, phantoms and other cool stuff. So i'd call it nowChallenger's Tower as it will be a real challenge to reach the top. (Name will be changed anyway.)

The teleportal to the instance is in Tempest Reach, the frozen area. You will have two ways to enter:
You can enter "normally", where you will need to clear all the 20 floors to clear the instance, however if you fail one of the floors before the 16th, you wont be able to retry.
The first 15 levels have bosses or other monsters from the past against you, but that doesnt mean its easy. The higher you can reach, the harder the monsters you will face.
Everytime you clear 3 normal levels the next challenge will be a little minigame instead of a boss fight, so you can take rest for a bit, and the instance wont get boring. Clearing some special floors will give you buff, that will be useful for the remaining levels, these are: floor 4, 9, 14. There is a point counter system built in the instance, if you reach high score, you will be rewarded with more buffs.
After the minigame stages, boss fights come.
If you have a ticket for this instance, you can skip the first 15 levels and start from the 16th. These tickets are dropped in the "Fate of Arun" dungeons, and in Challenger's Tower as well.
From 16th to 20th floor there are only boss monsters with a high difficulty. Here you can choose (after clearing each floor) if you want to take the reward (fitting the difficulty), or you are more badass than this and want to continue with the next level.
From 16h-19th floor you have the chance to get armor templates/costumes, similar to the current fashion coupon system.
After clearing the 20th (last) floor, you get the chance for a black fiery lion mount, Smoulder to drop. (You may know the mount from CoF already)
The instance can be cleared Elkara gear, however stronger equipment is recommended for easier run, and more rewards (/points).

Guys, i made a collection of videos for you to show how awesome this game is! These videos were recorded while an etching and lancer's numbing leash glyhp effects were active. The effect they caused is an attack speed of -110% (!) for a very short time. Check it out and have fun! (The etching questline [3rd quest] gives 20 practice scarabs. Use them to make etchings that last for 10 mins on your weapon. Get a lancer with numbing leash glyph active, duel him but make sure that he doesnt leash you until the enthing effect activates. Once you were leashed, use a skill immediately after.)
The Forgotten Continent/Fate of Arun update: lvl65 patch, lvl65 gear sets, visionmaker 4 (vm4), new dungeons, and much more...
There is a new update coming in december (2014) called "Fate of Arun" patch. The official date for the patch in NA is 16th, december and 11th december in EU. With this update a lot of new contents and changes will be built in the game. Let's take a look at the details: (some of these updates will come only as later patches short after the lvl65 one.)

HOW TO GET PVE VM4?
The names of the items will be changed anyway so let me call them "new vision document" and "new weapon fragment", etc.
Getting vm4 (pve) is quite similar as the process of getting vm3 now. First you'll need the "New Vision Document" which opens a quest for you. The rewards of the quest are the designs for all parts of vm4 pve. Make sure to open the document with your character that you are making the gear for.
(Dont forget that there is NO way to retool your existing vm3 (pve) gear to vm4, you have to start gathering the materials from 0.)
The New Vision Document is dropped in Orca Temple hard mode and Elkara's Airship normal mode.
Once you took the quest, you get the designs that you need for vm4.
You need weapon-/armorcrafting on 400 only to craft your gear parts. The crafted items can be put into bank, but cannot be stored in guild bank and cannot trade.
